Return and refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and so we offer a money back guarantee on our products. Our return policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa. To be eligible for a return, your item must :

1.Return the product within 7 working days after receiving your item. Be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

2.Be brought to our attention within 7 working days by sending us your invoice number, as well as an explanation why you would like to return the product. (If there is a manufacturer default a clear picture of it must be provided).

We do not provide returns for:

1.Sale items

2.Gift cards

3.Any item not in original condition and packaging, damaged or defective for reasons not due to our
error

4.Any item that is returned more than 7 working days after delivery

5.Any item not brought to our attention before 7 working days after delivery.

Please note: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. It is advised to make it a priority to track your item. We will not be responsible for your missing return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will email you and request banking details.
